Exceptional Experience and Comfortable Couch
Time: We typically don't write reviews, but our experience was exceptional that we had to for this purchase. We were waiting for a different couch from Jerome's that became over a month wait, so we canceled that order and were desperately looking for another. To our surprise, we learned about Costco's furniture on a Tuesday, ordered it that night, and our couch was delivered Friday – as scheduled! We are so happy with our purchase – the couch is gray (on the lighter side, more like dusty light/spanish gray). The seats are borderline firm, but more on the soft side. The fabric is softer than we anticipated. Don't expect the width of the seats to be wide "cloud version" – the size of the seats are a standard size. Four adults will fit comfortably. PS: We didn't get to see this couch in person, and risked it by purchasing online – we are so glad it worked out! We recommend this product and are very happy with our purchase!

Beautiful & Comfy Sectional
Time: Such a beautiful and comfortable sectional. Very spacious to sit on for an apartment. You can basically fit two people on one recliner. I rarely give reviews, so highly recommend. It’s a very nicely designed couch.

Great Low Cost Family Couch
Time: As advertised!!! Buy it!!! A great low-cost functional couch with supportive cushions and a proper seat height for normal-sized people. Unless you are super short, buy it! The last couch I bought from Costco was a bad experience for me. I was basically sitting on the ground, my knees hurt every time I sat down or had to get up off of it. The seat height was about 4 inches lower than stated. Thank goodness Costco has awesome return policies... the old couch made me Game of Thrones/Fight Club mad every time I sat down to watch TV. All manufacturers should be vetted with stated seat height and held accountable for what they advertise.
